  1. Yo lol - when he said “WHITE” I died lmfao

  2. Ofc south carolina was skipped. Im not surprised, no.

  3. There are 5 Boroughs. There are 5 different jargons and accents… Sorry disagree

  4. LatinX? Latino. The slaves were sold to the white man by their black African king brothers. Who are also responsible for slavery

  5. So the title here is non-white accents in America?? Misleading.

  6. You forgot that texas is so big, it has different accents for different regions, add in a few variations for each race or ethnicity, and that's just Texas

  7. Michael Ovadiyah

This video confused me as to how I actually speak normally.

  8. I liked Gullah guy most. Don’t think anybody mentioned influence of west African phonological rules. Also, sound changes vary in word position and according to surrounding sounds.
And please please do not imitate NY accents. It’s not too polite and it’s hurting my ears. Native speaker clips ok 👍🏽

  9. Does anybody know a Bulgarian accent coach video? I noticed Magic Magy doesn't really open her mouth when she talks and was wondering what she was doing with her mouth. She's Bulgarian and I noticed in another video the guy opened his mouth plenty but the woman kept her mouth far more closed. I can't tell if she's palatalizing her tongue into to the top or bottom of her mouth or whatever she's doing but either way it's seems pretty uniform for Bulgarian women.

  10. we all know who ruined this video

  11. Correction people were sold to America

  12. I've always said that Rhode Islanders are confused. We're kinda Boston but kinda New York. We're like the children of a divorced couple who hate each other but yet will still have each others back if anyone outside comes after one of them. Lol

  13. 😂

  14. 😳

  20. Regis Philbin *THE LEGEND*

The Boston is hard, everyone genuinely goes monotone when they do it, the give away.

  21. Super interesting but how dare define my identity by my accent

  22. Load of malarkey

  23. "White"

    "African American"

    Racist

  24. This guy looks like he has an implication

  25. He should have done the black voices too. He probably would have killed it. Lol

  26. The edit when the lady was doing the accents had me dying 😂😂😂

  27. His white Boston accent wasn’t quite right and I can’t pin down why

  28. Another white guilt video. Boring.

  29. ….sorry meant to add Nicole

  30. >"latinx"

  32. Salisbury the Fox

This was really interesting and I'm learning something new. Thanks Erik, Nicole, Amani, La Tasha, Megan, Kalina and Sunn

  33. I’m just here for his transitions. Seamless 👌🏼

  34. Poor professor Higgins.

  35. I appreciate the hoagie shout out for southern Jersey - really emphasizes how north and south Jersey are completely different 😂
